Great controller overall. The customization options are excellent, and the build quality is top-notch. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the software had a few bugs at launch, but they've been addressing them with updates. The controller itself performs excellently in CS2, and I've seen a significant improvement in my gameplay.
